Resurrection of the Human Being, pArt One

Today is July 19th, the Two Thousand and Eighth year since we decided to start the date over at zero, and I'm feeling extremely frustrated. As one within the masses, it is piercingly obvious that the grace and divinity of humanity has plummeted to new lows. As a culture, we are so STUPID. When I say STUPID, I am referring to our knowledge of the self, ourselves, our true nature. Except for the priviledged few, we are given almost no chance at ever discovering this true self due to miseducation, wrongful accusation, misprogramming, violence, mass STUPIDITY, peer pressure to be STUPID, and an intense fear of the dark, fear of the unknown, and fear of ourselves.
Venting aside, there are ways out of this tangled mess. These ways do not lie outside of our Konciousness, but within it. The answers are not more money, or more government programs, or better economic infrastructure, or more AcaDemik education(Intellectual left-brained ROBOTS!), or a new president or wealthy aliens in shiny spaceships.
The answers lie inside each of us, rich or poor, intelligent or psychotic, black or yellow, happy or sad. The answers lie in what you know, for your understanding of the world and your (and my) relationship to the world is your (and my) current LIMIT.
Realizing these limits will help to transcend them. Introspection is the only path that leads to a better life. Its the only work that must be done now. This IS our work. After we've all realized what we really are, then we can begin to have a good time on Earth, but until then, STOP!

Rich country, poor people
$19,971: A family of four that makes below this income is considered poor – far below what most people believe a family needs to survive

12.6: Percentage of all Americans who were poor in 2005 using this income standard

90 million: Number of Americans who had incomes below 200 percent of federal poverty thresholds; an annual income of $40,000 for a family of four

30: Percentage of the total American population this represents, or the combined populations of California, Michigan, New York, and Texas

16 million: Number of Americans living in extreme poverty, meaning their incomes are below half the poverty line: less than $9,903 for a family of four or $5,080 for an individual

24 out of 25: America’s ranking among developed nations when measuring how well the countries do on poverty (what share of a country’s population has income below 50 percent of the nation’s median income). Only Mexico has a higher poverty rate than the United States among rich nations

24 out of 24: America’s ranking in a UNICEF report on child well-being in rich nations, when child poverty is measured in relation to 50 percent of median income,

And we're supposed to be a RICH Nation.
