First, we find a homeless person. We refresh them, food, water, shelter, show them a few help books, find them a job, find them clean clothes and a method to wash them. Next we help them find cheap housing. They are the hero. He or she then must go find another homeless person within a certain amount of time. He must use his/her resources to refresh that person, and after they have found a job, they will pay half of all bills. He/she then must do the same. Housing gets cheaper as more homeless are brought into the home. (African-American and Creole jazz pianists of the early 1900's threw 'rent parties' in a similar context) Soon they can save enough to move to their own place. It takes money to make money.
They second step is an education program, in which they can begin to build themselves a foundation for the rest of their lives. However, the first step is always the most challenging.
The goal: End homelessness in 2 years.
