Random Selection vs Perfection

"Eat your vegetables dear..."

Now I know, my mom was right.

Us average Americans are not getting the amount of vitamins and minerals that we want and need. We want them because everyone likes to feel good and high. We need them because they are the only shields against degenerative aging of the machine.

As far as human nutrition is concerned, the inorganic nutrients include water, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphate, sulfate, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, iodine, selenium, and molybdenum. Here's a nice pro-nutrient anti-dairy piece:

So, as I stroll through the grocery store, I'm asking myself, "how can I get these vitamins and minerals? And how many is too many? Is more better?"

I wasn't getting any answers, so I digressed into the subject of ancient Chinese mineral drugs. One of my deepest fears had resurfaced, China's world domination.

I often find myself wondering what real water tastes like. Or real fruit. Not the grape soda grape but the Real, pure, fresh thing.
And not only pureness, but how many good drugs are out there?
Why shouldn't we utilize these plants?
Well, first me must speak the language and understand the dynamics of the Chinese culture. Very difficult, as they have been steadily pushing opidope throughout the world for ages. But this is only a linguistic obstacle. With proper nutrition, rest, meditation and focus, we can access the nirvana of worldly experience anywhere. I don't know about you, but I'd like to live until I'm 120 or 130 at least. Maybe even 150. Why not? Minerals are drugs. Plants are drugs. Drugs are good. Unless they are synthetic. Then they can be damaging.

I think we can safely summarize the American Medical Association in this quote by 12th century Rabbi and physician Maimonides "May I never see in the patient anything but a fellow creature in pain."
While the western world has predominantly been concerned with alchemy, construction, and synthetic drugs and weapons, the eastern world has been understanding the drugs and weapons of nature, and how to implement them. This fierce battle rages on inside every humans mind. The yin and the yang. Creativity versus rigidity. Random selection against perfection.

On one side, the guardian of the pure health garden.

On the other side, the guardian of the dangerous garden of knowledge.
Both located in the Land of the Plants.
Fruits from the garden of health give our bodies more of the vitamins and minerals that we need to operate most efficiently, feeling the clarity fully.
Fruits from the garden of knowledge help us to literally expand our brains, while also damaging us.
So one "god" presides over the garden of knowledge and the other "god" over the garden of health, and each is selling and nurturing their fruit. The animated consumer is starving for both health and knowledge, being in very unhealthy and nonstimulating environments, so they buy and praise.
All we want is our nutrients, and we can do anything.
But without them, we can begin to describe the nature of hell.

See what the U.S. Government has in mind for your dietary experience:

The price of knowledge is much to expensive in my opinion:
