One and Two

We should always listen to our heartbeats. It should become the rhythm, the soundtrack to our lives. Why should you wait to visit a doctor to have your heart listened too? By then you’re most definitely already sick. He or she or it will prescribe you a healthy dose of the latest synthetic drugs to release certain hormones and neurotransmitters and strange thoughts in your head. Let us dive into the art of prevention, found in:
The science of the moment, touched on in Eckhart Tolle’s “Now”, although it is underrepresented among the majority. Even in the analogy of the chicken or the egg(which came first) we are misled. Neither the chicken nor the egg came first, as that is mischieviously conditioning the thought process. They appeared at the same time, as soon as the
Elements
were arranged. The moment between the reception of the impulse and the action of response in the brain is the only time when a connection to conciousness is made. This babbling brook of pure conciousness is not always accessed or utilized however, and we may certaintely go entire days in an unconscious mode of reaction. What is the nature of this moment, and why have we been ‘cursed’ by our quickness? It’s only an overreactive nervous system, and as soon as we can relax we can create a moment, and not just borrow from the last.
